Try getting some KAP T-Rex Limbs - they don't come much cheaper than that (about £40 new) and are actually pretty good given how cheap they are.

I have a pair of 30# Hoyt epics for sale if you are still looking they are virtually new i just used them while i was building strength, they have been very smooth and consistent for me.

Edit: ahh just seen you are looking for 66" mine are 70" never mind, hope you found some.
