Arrangements for saturday are as follows:
We have to access the range throuhg a secured gate, but I will post someone at the gate to let you through. Please display something archery related so we know who you are!

Time: start at 12, finish at 5. If you could be at the gate around 11:00 that would be great.

Come in gate at number 9 on the plan. There will be targets showing the way!

Round: Will be an American shot single-wave. The butts are fixed so we'll move the shooting line forward

Facilities: There will be a portaloo on site in a tent for those who need the facilities. There are other more "normal" facilities, but they are some distance away.

BBQ: will take place at the BBQ pits at 6:30 (this will give people time to change if it's wet!). If anyone has any special dietary requirements, please let me know. Proposed menu will include:
Burgers, sausages, chicken, salad, and various other bits and pieces depending on what we see when we go to Makro!! We will also supply soft drinks. If anyone wants to bring some alcohol or other foodstuffs, games, whatever, feel free!

The BBQ pits are large open circles, but there's a covered area between them and I will bring a Gazebo just in case!

There's 10 members signed up. Wish I could shoot this one but I'm only allowed one shoot per month so it's going to have to be the AIUK American the week after.
