Had a fantastic time and it was great to put more faces to names. Target 5 was an absolute riot (same again next year?)! And to top it all I absolutely annihilated my pb and expectations for the day's shooting. I was also very flattered to receive the Lady/Lord P award - thank you!

Thanks Dave for laying on such a great shoot - I'll be back for the next one!

american 2007

Just like to say, I had a great time yesterday. I think it went very well. I shot well although I did not win anything (except in the raffle). I would like to say a big thanks to Dave and everybody else who organised everything for the shoot. Clap, Clap. And to Mick, I hope all goes well with the wedding, try to wear long trousers though eh.

Well hope to see you all there again next year, and the year after, etc etc.

Cheers

despite shooting like an absolute monkey (zoe got a PB though) i dont think my first AIUK shoot will be my last - great to meet people in the flesh and put a few more faces to names (even if i did drive for 4 hours to end up on the same target as someone who shoots 30 minutes away from us at home ! )

Smile Many, many thanks...

Thank you Dave and all at P&S for hosting another fantastic end of season shoot, and thanks to all who came from near and far to be a part of the event. It was fabulous to meet so many new members and reunited with the old guard once again.

Thank you to those who were kind enough to donate prizes and purchase raffle tickets, the proceeds of which will go to the Edward Bright Appeal. I believe we made a very respectable amount, which Dave will post to them.

And thank you for bringing the most enormous amount of food ever. The trestle tables were groaning under the weight of the buffet extravaganza. It looked lovely, but I'm sorry that I only managed a piece of BFG. It all looked delicious, though. Dave was sent home with about 50 bags of salad.

Thank you to those who helped set up and for those who stayed late to clean up. We couldn't do this without your help.

Personally, I want to thank Tarkers for chauffeuring Tracey, Star and I to and from the shoot, especially as it took us approx 9 hours to get to Preston from Kingston. Thank you, Tracey and Star for being fabulous travelling companions, drinking buddies and true friends. It wouldn't have been the same without you.

Dave and Tina, thanks for entertaining the mods on Friday night. You have a gorgeous home. Just sorry I didn't get to meet Lissi. I hope your head feels better, Tina.

Thanks to my targetmates Muriel, Darren and Tracey for being a right laugh. In fact, thanks to all of you crazy, funny, uninhibited members in that general area, including the juniors, who made the day even more fun!

Had a great time last night with the the Kupri, Rob and Zoe, Tarkers, Tracey, Rob and Zoe, and Chris. The music sucked, but dinner, drinks and conversation was as lively as ever. No tartar sauce in a year...what are they on about?!

As for you, little furry one, special thanks for all the hugs and the BFG. Why didn't you tell me there was a chunk left?? I'll sort out pics soon.

And finally, all the best for a happy marriage, Mick and Karen , and happy birthday for tomorrow, Tracey . We hope you both enjoy your gifts.

Thanks to Dave and all the organisers for a fun shoot, even if mine could have been a little (lot) better.
At least the better half of the T clan did well, well shot Helen! x

I also had great fun on target 5 Tom and i was especially impressed with your score bearing in mind your shooting next to Hoyt Hooligan and the heckling we handed to him.

Hope to see everyone again soon.
