Archery Interchange County Classic Shoots Archery Interchange County Classic Shoots are official Archery Interchange tournaments held once a year in different parts of the UK.

ScoCo 2008 Catering Thread
This year for those of you that booked accommodation with us it will be provided on a full B&B basis (and your room will be cleaned each day ). We suggest the following arrangements for the weekend:

Friday afternoon/evening-weather permitting cocktails on the patio (bring your own)

Friday night dinner-play it by ear due to different arrival times

Saturday Fita lunch-soup, sandwiches tea, coffee and cake at the venue £5 per head (will need numbers)

Saturday night-If people wish we could reserve a few tables in a nearby bar for some pub grub (we will need confirmed numbers).

Sunday (field shoot) lunch-bring your own lunch or have lunch at Inverawe Fishery near the field course.

Let us know your preferences please (the soup will have meat in it )

Sounds good to me!!! count me in for the lunch & dinner on the Sat. Lunch @ the fishery also sounds good on the Sunday.....

Thanks for the quick responses- all noted. I don't need final numbers until the weekend before so anyone who hasn't responded has plenty of time to get back to me and I'll confirm arrangements for everyone closer to the time.

I'll be up on the Friday night, don't know what time yet - it'll depend on work, but I'm hoping it'll be before closing time...

I'd like to put my name down for lunch on Saturday (and the evening meal, whichever way we sort that out), and I'll put my name down for lunch at the Inverawe fish farm on the Sunday.
