Hanging post bags stuffed with rags or plastic bags would do as temp targets then tie on a snaplight or slap a glowsticker on for something to aim at . I don't mind helping to make them.

Realistically, after shooting a fita I will have to put my feet up and have a tonic or two

I have to echo that - a rest and some booze will definitely be in order after shooting a FITA. I don't often shoot that many arrows .

Part-timers If anyone wants to do any beach-casting I could arrange a bit of that for spurdog and thornbacks ( you don't have to cast further than 60M) with compulsory beach fire and copious amounts of food and coffee.

Too early in the year for a spot of evening sea trout fishing in Loch Etive?
