I might have been bottom-of-the-heap at the archery, but I'll bet I won the bow-flinging. I got it about 3 metres away, from shooting/throwing line to the farthest point of the bow.

Can anyone tell me if the Essex Ironman results are in? Looking at the scores on the Official list I'm in with a shout of 3rd place for the Snr gents recurve.

I've tried to PM Dave to find out any info but have had zero response, I don't know if it's me sending it to the wrong e-mail/PM box or that he is just too snowed under to answer.
