Pat Lightowler had her compound bow string snap, resulting in several fragments of arrow being flung about, a nasty slap on the arm, and much praise for courage under fire. Bit difficult not to retire in those circumstances!

I'd never seen a semi-circular arrow until last Sunday. It was straight bit then a bend and so on but it was very nearly 180 degrees.
