Another good day out for Team Grimsby
1st & 3rd in the Gents recurve and 1st in the Junior Gents.
Slightly dissapointing in the Gents Compounds as Graham was busy winning elsewhere. Still, Martin held his own as county novice

did you get that lens hood problem worked out ?

another nice friendly little shoot from silver spoon - always enjoy our days shooting there (especially when zoe wins her first medal when shooting in a ladies recurve field of more than just 2 or 3 - wont mention the fact that at the end of 60m she was actually beating me ! )

Rob you were right on the lens hood as I was able to rotate it and get the same fault in different places

I thought you had slapped Zoe as she seamed sooooooo surprised when her name was called! What I couldn't understand was why she was surprised as she looked as though she was shooting well?

she has been shooting well recently (gone from barely 3rd class to the cusp of 1st - one more score needed - in about 3 months having been stuck down at 3rd for the previous year or so) but has only ever won medals before when there have only been 1 or 2 lady recurves in total - shes never really BEATEN anyone to a medal before
