Dogs - Last year I only scored 10's and X's on metric rounds as Golds I think .

Eerm i was under the impression 9`s and 10`s counted for Golds and only inner 10 for X`s

else it would be one hell of an achievment to get 6 gold end at 90m let alone 70m
and we`d all have to Bow down repeating "We`re not Worthy, We`re not Worthy"
over and over anytime some who had done it strolled past

I think there was a bit of confusion over this previously - some of the gold counts looked very high compared to the scores that went with them - but nines definitely only count towards the six gold end.

Thanks all, good to see that I'm not the only one a little confused.

LMP's take on the scoring is what I thought was the case though it does seem to open the matter to misinterpretation - if a 9 is not a 'gold', what is it then - Fool's gold???

I suppose the confusion comes from using the same face for imperial and metric rounds. Obviously on an imperial round the nine is a gold - but on a metric round you are not counting golds as such, you are counting tens.
