User Id Missing

when i try to submit my scores it does not let me enter my username or id number, when i have entered my score hits golds and press submit score the user id is blank, so i did not submit incase it creates a problem with the results....
can you help

When you log into AIUK are you ticking the 'remember me?' checkbox. If this isn't used then you won't be able to log your score.

If you are using the 'remember me?' then let me know what browser and version you're using and I'll try and recreate the problem here and find a solution.

never used to use 'remember me' logged in this time and submitted score
