Is there anyone coming from far away that will require accomodation?

Unfortunately, we can't allow camping on the field at the mo' but we may be able to fit a couple of tents in the garden (at your own risk!) and a few sleeping bags on the living room floor (although there won't be much of a party as Lissi would be asleep).

I could also sort out a list of local hotels.

re: food (apart from cake) there's an Italian and an Indian restaurant fairly near the field, a pub just down the road and an Esso garage.

If I can make it (she has not said no yet) would not mind lift sharing, It is going to depend on weather or not I can get the car, would be coming back in the evening stopping out would be a definite no no.

Got to admit I am a little worried about this "American Round", isn't this where you carpet bomb the targets from a great hight and them shoot each other by mistake.Also noticed the date is the Jewish New Year, not sure if that is relevant or not.
