Question Next Year's VGP

It seems that there has been less scores in the VGP than in the winter league.

Is this because our nonUK friends don't shoot these weird imperial rounds?

Do you think it would make sense to make next year's rounds all FITAs of various sorts?

The main problem I have found is that I can never seem to be able to shoot the relevant round in the correct month - I've done most of the rounds but in the wrong order !

That's mainly because my club tends to shoot set rounds each Sunday and they never seem to match what the VGP needs....

.... so I'm changing clubs !!

I haven't entered a score as I entered schedule 4...and haven't shot a short round all summer....

I suppose I should have, but most of the time I've either been practicing for a specific round/event or trying to get over my dismal performance at said events..

FITA's are great! And if we're ranking hunting next year and/or chasing MB you're going to have to shoot them anyway!

I've not done any as i've plain not had time. Only recently have I gotten around to shooting rounds. The rest of it has been practice at my poorest distances - anything long and 50m.

hehe, that would be the affect of spending time with me then....

I've only gotten thru the VGP by having a key, and being able to shoot during the day. I think I've only managed to shoot 1 VGP round in an actual competition

I didn't submit any scores, because I've only shot FITAs in competition (except 1 York and one Albion, but they were in the wrong months) and we don't have time to complete a round at club nights...

I'm preparing for the winter series though

I simply don't have time to shoot these rounds during practice, and my comps are all FITAs or Yorks (with the VERY occasional American or Albion about once a year).
When I get my own shooting field, then I'll join in
