Exclamation Glasgow - Ironman Frostbite 2007
Folks,

Just a reminder that the registrations for the Glasgow Ironman Frostbite closes 21st Dec - not the 18th as previously stated

We still have plenty places left to fill.....so get yer backside in gear and register!!!

I am hoping it will be a great day out!!!!
