Not that big an appetite (I never usually eat at AIUK shoots I'm too busy - with the exception of LF's BFGs of course ) but I stopped smoking 4 weeks ago and have taken to cramming large amounts of food into my mouth as a cigarette substitute....

Wahey! Congratulations! Llongyfarchiadau! Well done that man!

Give yourself a pat on the back, 'cos I know from talking to other people that it's not always an easy thing to do. Stick with it - you're going to notice the improvement in your general health very soon if you haven't already

Easy way to stick with it.

make a new club bylaw that if you start smoking members have the opportunity to shoot the cig out of your mouth

you must stand 20yrds away side on with an unlit cig hanging out your mouth ( well it is against the law to smoke inside the club now isn't it ) if the thought of one shot being taken doesn't stop you ever smoking the first bad shot probably will.

Well done on quitting. I was very unpleasant company after i gave up for about 2 weeks, I also put on a *lot* of weight but I'd rather be big than addicted to nicotine.

---
2years 8months 4weeks smoke-free, 20,045 cigs not smoked, 2months 1week 2days of extra life.
