Ironman 2007 - Lancashire Soup?

Got myself a gas burner to put something hot on this year for during/after the shoot. I was intending to do a Chilli but after testing the burner I'm not sure it's strong enough to reheat the chilli properly and avoid giving everyone food poisoning, so I'm playing safe with soup.

Anyone any preferences?

We should also have the tea urn running for tea and coffee and I'm sure I've got another bottle of Port stashed somewhere

Nice idea ski although the duck may come with the score LoL

KFC sounds nice but if not I could bring some baked beans and sausage etc to give a bit more variety.
Will bring some hot choc as well.

Dave I have camping cook pots for the beans but not sure about bringing the stove as it is a petrol one let me know though if you want me to bring it with me and will check it over.

We could give it a try, we've quite a big field to contain any possible explosions

I think that will be a safer bet than the petrol stove I have but will look at what else I can bring foodwise.

Why not go for Game soup.....Seasonal...Throw in the duck as well. LOL
A thick vegatable or the easy & safe...ish option which I would go for....KFC. What about an old favourite...Hot Dogs anyone....Another option.
Warm them up.....Onions....I can butter some fingers....my own included. Be a little around that burner if the cold snap returns. Hope the rain stays away.....The ducks will rule the waves otherwise. May have to rename the FROSTBITE!!!! Splashout

Looks like rain and 30mph winds for Lancashire. On the bright side though there will be sunny periods and the forecast was from the BBC site and it usually gets it wrong
