I haven't voted as I have decided to withdraw from the VGP. It was hard enough trying to find time to fit the shoots in around comps as it was without all the faffing about changing rounds.

Am i missing the point here? Those that registered for the VGP knew what the rounds were beforehand so why start complaining now? You don't go to a FITA and complain that the distances are too long to the TO in hope that they'll shorten them, so what's the difference? The rounds should not be changed under any circumstances. It's not fair on those of us that are happy the way things are.

Change them next year by all means, but not half way through a competition.

And for those that voted and/or expressed an opinion in this thread without actually registering for the VGP, you've got some neck!!!

The problem IMHO is that I for one thought that the cadet whatever was the other name for the 70M fita..... and not the 60M round as the round decided for schedule 2. As a lady it is the 70M that we shoot and originally last year, it is my belief that schedule 1 was based on the standard gents round, schedule 2 on the ladies round etc etc etc. I have no reason to shot a 60M fita yet would need to do so purely for the VGP. This has been chopped into short rounds to suit everyone that moaned last year.... this leaves not 1 full round - MY PERSONAL OPINION. It would be nice to have shot a FITA and a hereford for the record
