Exclamation Smoking Ban

Should all smoking be banned during competion shooting. Should it be clasified as a performace or relaxent drug or performance enhancment drug and if you smoke during a shoot should you be banned. This ban would be applicable to all forms of smoking.
Simple Yes or NO

Just a thought - does a private venue such as an indoor range count as a public place as far as the proposed ban is concerned? Or does it only become public when the public are invited?
