Reading (the act not the place) the replies above I guess I am spoiled.
I have Lana and Simon Needham (Simon is not a coach but GNAS should just make him one) at almost every training session I do. Plus Tim, Keith, Bob and James, our other club coaches. Isobel (Thats young Frankie Keenans Gran) who is not a coach either but the best posture 'coach' I know.

No coach is perfect but by working togeather they can play on each other's strengths.

And not to boast but the proof of the pudding is (not counting Simon and Lana)

2 juniors ranked top 5 in this year's junior rankings +
top junior ranked U12 boy +
3 seniors in the Scottish National Squad.

with that many coaches your club should be the scotish national team. there is an issue somewhere........lolol
