I'm with Furface, my fave brekky is:

Baconeggsausagebeanstomatoesmushrooms&blackpudding on two fried slices with toast on the side and a pot of black coffee.

Who needs any sauce on that?

But usually I just make do with:

Bacon, egg, grilled tomato, mushrooms and black coffee.

Ketchup, for me, goes on burgers or hot-dogs with lashings of Colman's English mustard & fried onions.

No sauce for me, it ruins a perfectly good cooked brekkie.

However, if I'm having sausages, a dash of onion marmalade added in the last few minutes of cooking is ideal.

My standard breakfast these days is a bowl of porridge with yoghurt, an apple and a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in it. Disgustingly healthy

Bowl of cereals,
2eggs,3sausages,4rashersofsmoky bacon(or gammon),chips, lambchop, kidney, (If there's room for the sauce, my own mix of Wocester + tomato. Which I have been making for years)
bread, butter (Not that other stuff) Dundee marmalade all washed down with a pint or two of coffee. A nice cigar to end the perfect breakfast
Take a couple of Cornish pasties, flask of water coffee + sugar (forget the milk) cake + fruit all in a bag for after the shoot.

That would be ideal

The truth? Possibly two thick slices of toast with an egg on each or cheese under the grill with ham + my sauce. But I do take the pasties & other stuff
