Should I stick some wraps on to make them look nice etc, or not bother with the extra expense????

Put some wraps on, be distinctive, have some fun.
It won't make you shoot better (or worse) but at least you will be able to see your arrows against the basic black arrow.

deffo wrap. For £6 when your spending £100+ its worth it. Looks cool too. Just put some green wraps on my new FMJ's with green shield fletchings on it. They look awseome.

OK..
Upside -
cosmetically good - don't end up with nasty adhesive on the shaft - if you do spin vanes possible to have the lines pre-printed.
Downside -
Losing one vane can mean re-wrapping/fletching from scratch. The irony being that the better job you do in the first place the more likely this is going to be.

Go with the wraps apart from looking cool they are usually easier to clean off shafts than fletching glue aswell One other bit of advice if you want plain wraps find a local shop that does signs and graphics and get them to cut your wraps they usually have tons of colours I pay £1 for 12 1"x7" wraps bargain compaired to £6 at most archery shops
