Amazing zero use of the diamond vanes! Easton must be out of fashion.

Aren't they just plasti-fletch with an Easton logo stuck on them and 4 x the price, Joe?

People spend good money for a Logo.
A few years ago there seemed to be a lot of them around.

Can you pull spin wings through the target without any damage? The AAEs will shoot through a soft centre without damage (so far).

I've shot spin wings clean through bosses and they stand up to it pretty well. If you do get a damaged fletching, it's very easy to replace on the spot.

I'v just switched to K vanes. Well impressed. A bit like spin wings, just as light, stiffer and easier to fit. Sorted.

mylar vanes tend to fold and crease, but that's not usually too much of a problem, as they will straighten out again if you rub your thumbnail across them. The only damage you really need to replace them for is if they tear substantially. I think that's less likely to happen with a pass-through, than with bow contact (or contact with other shafts in the target - flonite vanes used to be great at slicing up the opposition...).

One of the best arguments I've seen in favour of mylar vanes, is that they will still shoot resonably well when damaged.
