The Best Doctor?

Not exactly archery, but seeing it's our first birthday and there's a party going on and before it starts a row in another thread... Who was the best Doctor?

Got to be the great Tom Baker for me.

The first doctor that I remember and the one who I mostly watched

... although Peter Davison was't a bad doctor either.

When you think of the Doctor who immediately comes to mind? Got to be the long scarf and the voice of Little Brittain!

Nothing can compare to being about seven years old and seeing the very first episode with William Hartnell.
Then the confusion felt when he transformed into Doctor Mk2 whoever that was,but the last series with Christopher Ecclestone was really enjoyable.
I found Hartnell really scary, great stuff.

Much as I loved Jon Pertwee, it's got to be Tom Baker for me. And I liked the Christopher Ecclestone ones too.

Tom Baker, although I too thought Ecclestone did a great job.

I noticed the new chap hasn't been added to the poll. I haven't seen any Who with him in, but in everything else I've seen him in his over-acting has not impressed. I can't even remember his name, although I blame the lurgy that kept me awake last night.
