| What day/s does your club practice? I'm curious to know what the most popular day/s for club practice are. I'm just talking practice here, not competition shooting. I voted my old club days (and future club if they'll have me back in May!). Wednesdays: club practice Fridays: sometimes, if extra practice is needed and no one else is using the field.

| Outdoors, the official club nights are Tuesday and Thursday. However, we can use our field any time we like. Also, some of our club members are trying to get a regular weekend shooting session organised, now we're of a size to support one again. Indoors for the last two seasons it's been one session only, which isn't really good enough. |

| Tuesday and thursday outdoors practice, indoors was tuesdays and fridays in a hired sportshall. We should be shooting in our own purpose-built indoor club-house in september. The foundations are down, steelwork is up and bricks are being laid.Sundays are club shoots. |

| Since the club has 24x7 access, we only get together to shoot on Saturday afternoons. This ran through the winter as a frostbite, however, since the clock went back, and withthe current weather, a "drowning" seems to be a more appropriate term. No scheduled indoor sessions. Just turn up and shoot. Phone a coach if you want some help. Sponge. |

| As a field club, with access to our course 360-odd days of the year, there's likely to be someone on the course every day, either shooting, doing maintenance or suchlike. Especially now the evenings are lighter.

| In theory we can shoot on any evening, and on Sundays - and even the occasional Saturday this year. But.... ******** and Cricket are encroaching rapidly, which means that a large chunk of those days are taken up till mid-May. And, as a club, we tend not to practice, always shooting scored rounds (often giving up half-way) and wondering why we do not improve. One question: we have also found that, since we have every evening available, the club (100 members) has become dissipated and doesn't seem to act as a club. Would it be better from that aspect to say that we only shoot on a couple of evenings (and then the club is more focussed)?
