Not enough - but now that I have setup a short range at home I intend to chalk up each day what I do. Perhaps in a few weeks I will be able to answer that question.

If the question hadn't been asked then I don't think I would have been prompted to take this step - blackboard on order (with chalk).

Good question - for me anyways.

Up until the last couple of weeks, probably less than 3 doz a week... So definitely not enough
Now... maybe 15-20doz a week... and I've already noticed the difference
Needs to be nearer 50 doz a week though, but with thesis write up, I don't think that'll be happening any time soon.

Like me I also voted less than 3 Dozen but if you do a lot for your Club eg. Coach, Club Chairperson etc you have trouble even fitting in one dozen let alone three but I keep trying to shoot until I hear the Words "Capt. Al have you got a minute"

Wink 50 + Dozen

Having just done a quick count up I shoot 600+ arrows a week mainly in the garden in the evening at 20yds and three times at the range mainly at 50 or 60 as I dont have an aiming point on the target at 80 I have to aim above it ! But it will come with an upgrade in two weeks time after our county champs (my first attempt at competition) with bigger poundage as trading limbs up to 36lb from 32lb (wound up) and a new string combo! New carbon arrows will follow after that sometime in the winter season! But ill continue on with the XX75 1816 for the time being.

I haven't been very happy with my shooting this year, I went along to our county head coach for some help. He watched me shoot and then told me that there was nothing wrong with my teqnique, or my setup and tuning. I wasn't getting enough shooting in between tournaments. This is mainly due to lots of coaching, club organization and 12 hour work days. So, I've started shooting 120 arrows a night when I can and within 2 weeks I could tell the difference. I feel better about my shooting and some of the slightly sloppy shots have tightened up. my grouping lost those odd flyers into the six. All I have to do now is keep at it.
