I feel I have to warm up.

Tense, stiff shoulde, no good for straight arrow flight.

I normally go for a 10k run, swim 5k and then 40 press ups.

.... only joking, I normally tired after setting up me bow!

Thanks, Tel. I'm presuming the link above goes to the Cartel stretching bands (Alt Sports use a CGI gateway and you can't just paste the link in ). Pity there's no sense of scale with them, they just look like two normal size rubber bands for a £1.00

RE: Warm-up Wam-down

Dave,

I've normally got one of those cartel bands in my bag; ask me next time you're at the club if you want to try before you buy.

you've probably not seen them 'cause I'm really lazy about warm ups, I normally just consider my first three sighters as warm up, and don't make any sight adustments based on them, bad practice I know

Cheers Kev, I'll probably be down Friday

How long are they though, in the Pic on the Alt site they just look like a couple of 2" rubber bands!

it depends on how hard you pull

they are about 10inches un-stretched.
