| I believe we charge £60 (plus a tenner for the pre-course have-a-go). If it still works the way it used to, people get some of that back as a discount off membership when they join, but I can't swear to that (not having any official capacity in the club anymore). |

| EAC is £35, IIRC. There is a £5 discount off memebership if they join. To be fair, I think it's one of the best deals in Manchester. How many other sports can you get 6x2hr sessions for that price? I would like to put the price up and use the extra for renewing the beginners equipment which is getting a little on the old side. Given that the price of membership is so high in comparison, are Archery clubs mssing out on a good income source by not putting the prices up. We sell out all our places each year (about 45 to 50) so supply/demand says that the price is too low. Playing devils advocate, how much would you pay? £45? £60? You are looking at about £14 an hour at Centre Parcs. Sponge. |

| £35 for Senior's and £22.50 for juniors and if they then join after the course they get £10 off the annual fee for the first year.

| £30 for adults and juniors which includes equipment, hand outs and it is a structured course leading to eventually "joining a club" First one free, then if they come back, they bring their course fee! |

| I voted greater than £35. I think it was about there. When I first started archery (About 11yrs ago) I payed £25. X2. & after the course, we got our mony back on joining the club The fee? £25. So the first year was free. Now that's what I call value. Join now, it will cost you about another £80, this covers all membership fees/insurances to various bits & pieces of GNAS plus the parent club to which we belong. Still cheaper than golf.

| When I did my Beginners course it was £35. Now I take Beginners courses and it's £35 for Adults and Kids. All my Beginners courses have always been full If I paid £20 an hour to improve my golf swing how can anyone complain about £35 for 6 2 hour sessions of archery. People let you know if the price is right. Too high - Course is not full High - Course is nearly full Low - Course is full and a few people put their names down for the next one. Too Low - Course is full and so many people put their names down for the next one and the next one the coaches never stop doing Beginners courses. Getting more Beginners to join your Club from a Beginners courses is the key to not running so many Course and it keep your Coaches/leaders happy. See my Thread Getting people to join Club from beginners course. ![]() |

| We charge £20 but this does not include sportcentre fee of £4 per session for adults (£2,20 for concessions) so I voted over £35 (£20 + 6*£4)

| We no longer do set week courses What we do is charge $15 per session and have an open 2 hours. All beginners may only shoot in that 2 hour span. Many come for 4-8 weeks before signing up. So for a 6 weeker we would charge $90. Since moving to that system we have retained far more beginners and made more for the club. Last night we had 25 people. Average is about 20 each week. Highest being 35 in one week.
