I shoot both recurve and compound, but voted for recurve as that's my first choice and the one I practice the most

I'm in the process of switching from target recurve to barebow, mostly field in all probability. I am bored with target shooting and need to make a change if I'm going to stay in archery. I'll keep a target set up to hand and shoot barebow at the target club, but I reckon I'm a field archer at heart.

I knew you would come out eventually John, field is too much fun to miss out on.
You are also in a good location for both EFAA and NFAS clubs.

There's SVYF, which I've been a member of before, but EFAA? There was on near Worcester but I think it had to move up to near Kidderminster.

There is March Hare near Throckmorton and Ramscombe Bowmen. Ramscombe location details are also on the March Hare site. Ramscombe use Roy Mundon’s Oakland Archery Range

Ah yes, forgot about Oaklands. I would go over there this Sunday if I had more than 3 suitable arrows

Mainly longbow. Shoot all other styles now and then. (Even compound unlimited ) But longbow is my first bow, and 90% of my shooting is done with one of those
