Does your club benefit from AIUK threads?

Sharing ideas and discussing our differences can lead to real understanding and, when passed on, can improve archery in our clubs.
How often do you pass on information, gained from this forum, to members in your club?

The information in itself tends simply to pass into my bloodstream, and then get passed on as "wisdom of the sage" (and generally ignored). But I do encourage members to dip in to the forum themselves.

Furface, I think the same thing happens to information we gain from books. What I feel about info from the forum is that it has already been discussed by several others so the final stage of passing it on to the club is a "better" representation of the content. I mean, what gets passed on is more fully understood by the messenger and less likely to be a gut reaction to it. Less bias perhaps.

I'm a member of two clubs at the moment and between the lurkers and posters, the AIUK content is often part of the evenings conversation

I'm with furface on this. There are a number of topics which I feel have an impact on me. Those I tend to try and impact on to others... I always give a good plug to AIUK if I can.
