How long in the sport

Just curious, seemed that there are lots of relative newbies to archery around. Please let us all know how long you've been into archery.

Well, bit of an odd one in my case. 8 years of archery, then 12 years out, and now 18 months in my current spell. And nowhere near as good as I used to be...

Took it up in '72 at University - sold equipment when I left in '77 (huge overdraft to fund - over £100!). Started again mid-90's, been at it ever since.

Me too - about three or four years when I was a youngster, followed by a gap of about ten years when we moved away from Hampshire (it was the Winchester Archery Club's fault for getting me hooked!), and then I guess about eighteen months since I've been up here in the Outer Hebrides with nothing else to do in the long, dark winter evenings
