Its so funny when people in the north of england say they live in the north - when you live in the far north of Scotland - all of England is very much south! Hell, I'm nearer to Oslo than London!

Up north, where I come from, where I come from up north we say we come from 'God's country'

Of course if asked I always say I am from the North East of ENGLAND...which is correct. Scotland doesn't count as part of England.

As for the M4...isn't that in France? lol

Moved up to Yorkshire 6 years ago for university, and they've not managed to get rid of me since. In fact, parents loved it so much on visits, that they've moved to North Yorkshire too... just need to work on my sister...
