Always pegged and tied down! Can't actually believe anyone would do otherwise. Even if it's not that windy, folk pulling arrows from boss can topple it.

One of our members failed to tie down his boss, & shot 8 brand new X10's. As he walked down to collect, the boss blew over & every one was broken/bent. An expensive lesson to learn...
