Problem is, it's just not economical to do so. I don't know about other British bowyers, but as you can see in another thread Border's order books are full to bursting for trad bows and Hoyt-fitting limbs. It makes little sense for them to devote scarce resources to low-volume production of limbs to fit other risers.
