Trying to Contact Border (Sid)

Hello Sid (or someone who can help)

I am trying to contact you via e-mail. No answers. Maybe you haven't been in, or maybe my recent e-mails are not reaching you.

Are you receiving messages from "Jones Family" (dstzn@brxxxxx.net) about wanting to order some Black Douglas limbs?

If not please respond here so we can figure out how to communicate.

Thanks

Doug

Sorry guys!

We have both your emails.

We are flat out, and we have been training new staff.

Between new staff lifting questions all day, and the extra work load of dealing with being behind our quoted deadlines, we are struggling with emails.

It also doesnt help you guys when we have a 2 day holiday. (Friday and monday) due to easter.

Our Original plan last summer included my dad and myself answering emails. Due to Dave our production director having a triple heart bypass at Xmas, i have been full time in the factory. This puts all the emails onto my dad (Sid) and he is drowning in them, And a good reply is worth writing, and not spitting a quick reply to you.

Dave is due back on monday, due to a clean bill of health. Give us a week or two for Dave to catch up to speed and i shall be back helping my dad.

Hope this explains things a tad.

Sid

Thanks for Answering Sid

Nothing wrong with being busy - sure beats the alternative!

I just had no other way to see if e-mails were working.

I have no problem being patient as long as I know I got through.

I've spoken to both of you at various times and the quality of the service is always excellent!
All three archers in our house shoot with Border limbs, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
