| nishi pics ![]() Hope this works! I had to phone Him Indoors at work to get permission to get this out. I'm most definitely not allowed to put it up, so I hope all the info you need is here. The riser says nothing more than Nishizawa. Top limb says OM 40/90 in the pocket area. Bottom says OW 40/90, and on the limb "CCX Carbon stardust design", and not much else. Unfortunately he needs a 70" bow, so the 68" will be too short on an 80 riser. If its on a 46 it would be ok, but marked at 69". He bought it in 1991, after seeing it languish in Severn's Archery for a year...when it was eventually reduced from £900 to £560. At the time he was the only chap big enough to shoot it. We know very little else about it, other than it still goes like a bomb, and at 36lbs, with ACCs, it will shoot 90m on full extension, if Him Indoors is getting it right. Its still in great nick - no wear whatsoever at the limb tips and string grooves, and one chip in the paint from an arrow on its way to getting nocked. Its a great bit of kit. This is why he doesn't want to change to anything else, and wants to go down a few pounds until he has sorted out his problems and rebuilt his strength, hopefully to return to the 40lb limbs. Please send some pics and I'll try to compare what you have, and see if he is interested. Many thanks Cherry PS don't let him hear you compare it to a Hoyt, of any description! ![]()

| That would put it as the number 3 in my list above, and you are right NO comparison to Hoyt...The one I have is the #1, and as such probably not what you have. Give me your e-mail and I'll post you a pic I cant get one to attach on this forum, JR (wish I'd known this 2 weeks ago I would have traded you a 70" 35# EX Alpha Yamaha.... |
