| Aire Valley Archers 'Frostbite' It was a great day today for shooting!!! Although it was a bit ropey to start off with as womble managed to 'sink' his Discovery in the boggy area of our field - you know the bit where everyone is told not to park as it is so wet!!!! lol We abandoned the car and got on with the shoot, here are some results from the AIUK entrants!! 1st male recurve - womble 1st female recurve - little miss purple 1st visitor - Pete T We all got a gold medal but no raffle!!! Then all the men managed to unstick the car - yippee

| It might have been a bit muddy but it was a fine place to shoot- New Year's Day sunshine, Coppice Pond in the background with geese & other wildfowl abounding, general ambience of the St. Ives Estate! Thanks LMP for your hospitality- & to Womble for providing additional (if muddy) entertainment of the extracting Land Rover variety...  See you at BoA indoor on the 8th.
