Novice champs....
Shooting at the SAA novice champs at penicuik today.....What a lovely bunch of people they are.....

Little old me shows up, shoots some arrows, and they give me a nice shiny trophy!!! Apparently, I shot better than all the other novice gents, to claim the title...whoo hoo!!!

I also managed to record my second, 2nd class score....hopefully have enought time to get the final requirement before the season ends!!!

Thanks to Pelican & the other Penicuik folk for a great day out.

PS. Next time I'm shooting outdoors....someone please remind me to either wear a sensible hat or put on some sun cream!!!

The boy did good, the wind was really tricky yesterday, I was glad I wasn't shooting in it.
