... getting the best of my bogey 'distance'
while ive been progressing fairly nicely outdoors in my first year of archery ive never really got to grips with indoors and the portsmouth round - best last season was mid-490s (average was down in the 470s / 480s though) - first indoor session last week was a lowly 473 - all of which are a fair few points worse than my outdoor handicap
so i was set for another frustrating winter indoors
until tonight - FINALLY broke the jinx and got past that 500 barrier with a 513 !
small potatoes in the grand scheme of things i know but its a start and with a few ends of 56 (too many down in the 40s too though) i know im capable of way better once i get my head fully around using the clicker and recover some of the consistency i had achieved before i fitted the thing a few weeks ago
