Smile Fita 70M PB
after getting my new bow a few weeks ago i couldn't wait to see if my outdoor scores would improve. So despite a houling gail and frostbite setting in I shot a fita 70 last saturday.

Previous PB was 407, tis now 463.

Needless to say i'm well chuffed with the new bow and can't wait for the outdoor season to kick in properly.

finally shot another FITA 70 on tuesday (the first one since the one that started this thread 5 months ago!) blimey time flies..anyway...shot a new pb of 548.

Followed that up with a 484 long metric yesterday 6 points off bowman once again. Should have been better but the first 12 at 70m were a bit naff.

i'm a very happy man and it's nice to see i have actually improved through this year despite feeling 'messy' at times.
