Is this an Achievement?

I went to the field this afternoon to work on some form. It was very windy, gusty in fact. My arrow would be blown off the launcher, whilst at full draw. On coming down I managed to loose the arrow into the ground (Accidentally). I reloaded, started to draw back & discovered I could not pull the string. I had only pulled the string off the cams. An achievement I have no wish to repeat.

Can you fix this in the field or is it back to base with a bow press?

If only Looks like a trip tp Merlin Bows later this week.
I recon the string came off as I was coming down & the wind took me, causing me to loose at a sharp angle, bow arm to the left, string arm to the right. As you know, this can be a vicious movement.
I'm thinking of a "Clicker" type of gismo to keep the arrow on the rest in heavy wind. I'm using a Spiarelli magnetic launcher with a "Spoon", not a lot to hold it in place.
