National Record.
Received in the post yesterday a small but perfectly formed certificate from the GNAS saying that I have established a new National Record for the Bray 2. To say I am pleased is an understatement.
Thanks to my my coach Pete Jones and all at a shop for their support.

The 30m score was also a World record for a very brief time (just my luck, the previous record had stood for several years, after I broke it stood for about a month!).
