| RE: Compound + release: does handedness matter? That's a good question. My first thought is would the cable guard get in the way? Using a shoot through cable system would sort that out. The Alternative eXact is actually sold as an ambidextrous bow. There would be a problem with a lot of the newer Hoyt compounds, as the extra part of the riser behind the grip would stop you from holding it in the wrong hand. |

| RE: Compound + release: does handedness matter? Even with a cable guard it doesn't matter. I shot the Nats with a guy who did this, then on the second day he shot left handed (and scored as well) It is however against FITA rules to have the cables touch your arm, so be aware of that. |
