Question Vector 5 cams or wheels?

Does anyone know if the PSE Vector 5 are cams or wheels?

I used to have PSE Citation II with Vector 5 cams.

They are definitely a cam, but are of the older 'soft' and slow type. Very nice to shoot though.

PSE called then 'eccentrics'.

The outer part of the cam is round, but the axle is off-centre giving the 'cam' effect. This part of the cam feeds out the string and the offset compresses the bow limbs as it rotates. The inner part of the cam is the true cam part. This pulls on the cables as the rotation occurs and also pulls on the limbs.

If you PM me I can send some pictures of the vector 5 and a page from the old PSE catalogue that gives some info.

They may be called vector 5 'cams' but eccentric wise, it would be regarded as no more than a round wheel if you are looking at spining arrows.
Beautiful to shoot but not much pace to them. I'd love to build a bow with them for indoors
