Does anyone have any pictures of a Tribute all set up that they could share with me please. All pictures that I can see are camo. I am particularly after pictures of a marble black one if you have any. Thanks guys

hi Tank,

I own a Tribute, it is a hunting bow therefore to my knowledge it is not done in anything else other than camo, of which there were four choices

Mossy Oak Brush®
RealTree Hardwoods®
HD, RealTree Hardwoods®
Green HD and Advantage Max-4.

Mine is the latter of the four.

I got this information from write ups in US magazines this afternoon, just to try verify I was telling you right. Almost certain I am, but I do stand to be corrected if anyone know different?

oh? Didn't realise that!! Would it be ok for target? I am after a second bow and thought this may be the way forward, but if its really a field/hunting bow then perhaps not. Is this true?

The Tribute comes in various colours.
2 friends have them, one is chrome and the other is red.
I dont think it is still made as the Bowtech web site does not appear to list it.

Nightimer
ps They both shoot target with them.

I stand corrected, must say though I have never seen one in what would be described as target colours.

As nightimer states it is not in the 2008 catalogue. There are a couple of new models that do look pretty good though. You can download the catalogue in pdf from bowtecharchery.com

I also have a 2007 Guardian also in camo which I use for target, not that I shoot a lot of this discipline as I tend to find it a little boring, much prefer scrambling through the woods.

The Guardian is a marvellous bow, better than the Tribute in my opinion. The reason mine is in camo as well is simply that, I cannot see the point in paying another £100 plus for a fancy colour, which is what it will cost if you want a smoke chrome version. The other colours are around £30/40 dearer.

06 Tribute in blue

Great bow. It might have been designed for hunting but is perfectly good for target.
