What Sight?

What sight do you guys use? As i've just been brought a new bow by my lovely girlfriend I want a new sight, mainly be shooting this one indoors i think. Is there a favourite, old faithful that you guys could recommend? Many thanks...

You seam to list a Merlin Omega Systems sight, which is normally a recurve sight, but certainly rubust enough for compound. Get on to Ben at Merlin and ask for a spare riser block and a spare sight block threaded 10/32, then you can use the same sight on your recurve and compound. Thats exactly what I do!

Stick with what you've got mate!

I've been using a Merlin Omega for about a year now, and I cannot fault it. It's robust, it's accurate, and it's well made. (shame they dont make them any more!)*

It's easily as good as the Dual Click or other similar sights, which cost a lot more money.

I use a Beiter sight tunnel on mine, as I cant get on with the traditional red dot on a pole thingy.

*I wonder if they still sell spare parts for them?

SureLoc Supreme.
Has a very fine click so you can get mm movement at the target, reliable and robust. Erika has one that is about 16 years old and still going strong.

I use a Shibuya Ultima after trying several others. The build quality is superb. It is rock solid and the adjustment is super smooth. Try one and you'll be sold.

Cheers

Mike

I use a Sure loc Lethal weapon max 5 pin on my tribute, should you want to try field.

On my Guardian for target I use a Shibuya Ultima Carbon with a Beiter 39mm scope. Both great sights.

I would recommend both, but that is only my opinion, others may think different?.

Use a Sure Loc Challenger with booster scope.
Bought it second hand a year ago and still as solid as ever.
Went through a spell of not liking the scope so swaped it out for a multi pin adaptor

I have to agree with Marcus there. If you can afford it i would go straight for the SureLoc Supreme, you wont find better.

Oh but you will, Axcel with the short arm and dampner built in is probably the best sight around!
