hi does anyone know where i can download a tuning guide for a compound

Archery Talk has a forum dedicated to tuning and has some very useful articles. You may need to trawl through to find what you are after but it is worth a look. Some of the tips are from factory engineers and their top archers, however like anything you will need to sort the good from the bad - just look at the comments on the threads

Easton used to have a good guide that was downloadable called "Arrow Tuning and Maintenance Guide" but it also covers bow tuning for all bows and I found it quite helpful---- Good luck with your tuning cheers

I looked at this too, it looks very good.

havent had chance to try any of it yet though.
