Carter Evolution Instructional DVD

Can't find a review for this item, so I will ask you guys about it.

I have read the 2 articles about back tension, written by John Dudley. Is there anymore in the DVD?

Opinions about the DVD are welcome.

Not sure as I've not read his reports. But I do have the DVD and apart from its length (short) its very useful.

the evolution has got to be the best back tension to date,i previosly used a chocolate addiction but never felt i truly had the weight on my back but after using the evo i found better form and upped my pbs,the dvd is informative but as you say short but a lot of good points from john if you have never used a back tension release before.

I'm already using the release, happy but tough learning. Had my 1st training evening yesterday with it, which I can feel in my back today ;-)

My point is that the DVD costs 18£ plus shipping to Denmark, I don't want to just buy something that ins't relevant or good.

It was weird yeaterday, with all shots being a surprise. With the Insatiable +, I would say that 20% was a surprise, 60% was semi consious and 20% was punching.

At the same time it was tough both mentally and physical. Mentally because of all the surprises, physical because a small change in the placement of my release arm elbow, meant I couldn't get it off.

Hi kennls, the dvd is both relevant and informative the fact that it is a short film doesnt mean lacking in quality information, john has done some excellent articles for the glade concerning back tension amongst other things and his articles are always well written and worth reading you wouldnt be disappointed.
