| my opinion is that for a rest like marcus you have to have a very strong bow arm so you can hold the bow very still like al the factory shooters cousins, dudley ,etc,etc if you want to shoot very high points ! for now im holding on to my fall away !!!!!!! |

| Why is that wim? I don't hold anywhere near as still as Cousins or Dudley and find I get much better groups with the spring steel rest.

| I had a Q.T.3000 on my hoyt with 3 spring steel rests, soft, med and hard. I used the med for carbons and the hard for alloys to good effect. Speaking to Braden Gallenthien a few years ago he recommended tightening up the spring pressure on the launcher and letting the steel rest do the biz with the arrow. It worked well. |
