| Learn to shoot quicker full stop. Make sure it's coarse enough that you can pull really hard into the back wall without accidently releasing. The deeper it is in your hand, the better. This makes it harder to gain forearm tension while you're waiting for the gusts to settle. lol and I'm told that weighing over 100kg is a distinct advantage (the average male weight of our elite compound program members is in excess of 100kg). | |||||||||||||||||
