Ditto. Nice sight otherwise. I still blame it for me loosing my County Champs a few years ago when it first happened!

I still use it although I use the Shibuya Ultima on my other set up, which is another very nice sight.

been there,done that

Had the same prob and more with this sight but i fixed it by using an old mushroom type limb saver with a cap screw through the middle and screwed into the bottom of the sight bar. This also stopped the main lock down screw from coming loose. Although this sight is old , it shows no wear in the windage adjustments which a few new sights would be very hard pressed to match.
Good shooting.

ps i still keep it as a back up

got the surelok on my hoyt, its crap ,tightened the bolt with pliers and glued it too, due to the same thing happening.
