Zanda,

Your draw length is set by your physical postion and body dimensions. If you increase your draw weight, the draw should stay the same. If it differs, then you may want to look out for the fact that you might be drawing differently due to the extra weight.

You may find your bracing will change.

Sponge.

Hi Zanda, considering you are shooting a compound bow ( Take note Sponge ) your draw length is fixed by the design of the cam system. Increasing/decreasing your bow power will NOT have any effect on your draw length.

No. Sight marks go up if bow weight goes up. Arrow spine may need to be stiffened with heavier points. Change bowstring to a lesser strand one for increased performance, to compensate heavier points.

Adding a turn or so to the limb bolts should not change the draw length of your bow. If you want to see this for yourself, put some lipstick on the front end of the arrow( be careful what colour you use and who sees you doing it)
Draw the bow fully and the arrow rest will leave a trace in the lipstick.
Increase the weight and repeat using a different arrow. Compare the traces in the lipstick on both arrows. If they are not in the same positions, ask yourself, " Did I pull with the same energy into the stops on both shots?"

Lighter points!

Better to get a stiffer arrow anyhow with a compound.

Surely if you have gone beyond the spine of your arrows with more draw weight then heavier points (more resistance) will make thinks worse again? I would have thought you would need lighter points for less resistance.

Please feel free to correct me I know nothing about arrow spine I am just thinking from an engineering point of view.
